The
depicted suspect befriended a neighbor in a multi-unit apartment complex. Residents of the complex did not know the suspect’s
name. He kidnapped a neighbor’s 8 year old daughter and drove her to a remote area where he molested her. He left her
roadside before he fled the area prompting a nationwide manhunt. A TV viewer saw the composite, called the police and identified
the suspect.
