The victim was away from
her residence and returned to find the suspect had forced entry. She entered her apartment and found the suspect inside her
room rummaging through her property. Upon seeing her, he pushed his way past her and fled with property, riding away on his
skateboard.
A responding patrol officer drove past the suspect on his way to the call and by the time other officers flooded
the area, the suspect had already escaped but was later captured.
