The depicted suspect
stopped to offer assistance to a stranded female motorist on the Interstate 5 freeway in Orange County. After she agreed to
accept his assistance, he became violent and pushed her inside her car where he raped her. Later follow up by detectives resulted
in the identification of the suspect based upon evidence left at the crime scene, corroborated by his resemblance to the composite
sketch.
The suspect was captured within three days.
