A female juvenile was leaving an after school function when she was approached by the suspect. The victim was forced into the suspect’s vehicle and was driven to another location in the area where she was sexually assaulted.  On September 8, 2010, Riverside Police received a report of a similar suspect trying to entice an 11-year old female into his vehicle.  Officers responded and arrested the suspect who was later connected to the January 2010 incident where the composite sketch helped link both crimes together.
