Suspect approached elderly females on the street either feigning a prior acquaintance or offering his assistance.  As he moved towards them, he offered a massage before rubbing their legs and feet.  Often times he kissed their neck before fleeing.  The suspect was responsible for multiple incidents throughout the area before a sketch was completed.  The suspect was arrested after he was identified by detectives during their follow up investigation.
